Adults on the Spectrum

In her work with adults on the spectrum, Erica has learned that most folks need more connection within the autism community. Her hope is to bring people on the spectrum together to create a space where they can experience the kind of support that only comes from shared experiences.

This group will be a closed group of up to 10 individuals. We will meet every other week (dates above) for a total of 7 group meetings. The group will meet in person and will not have the option of virtual attendance.

Contemplating Retirement: Preparing Emotionally, Socially, Logistically

Kathleen is passionate about the value of preparation and support for life’s transitions.

Her experience is that we are able to manage our life transitions best when we approach them thoughtfully and in a context of mutual support. Her intention is to bring together folks who are contemplating this next stage of their lives, and create an opportunity for learning together, sharing hopes/fears/wisdoms, and feeling (and being) more supported and resourced.

The group will be a closed group of 8-10 people, that will meet weekly in person.

Group Therapy for Individuals

Supportive Communities, Shared Experiences and Collective Growth

Sometimes, the support and understanding of others who have experienced similar challenges can be just what we need to navigate life's difficulties. Group therapy and counseling offers a unique and powerful therapeutic approach that provides a supportive community, shared experiences, and collective growth.

Group therapy brings together individuals who are facing similar challenges or working towards common goals. These groups provide an opportunity to share experiences, exchange support, and learn from others who are going through similar journeys. Within the group setting, you can gain valuable insights, develop new perspectives, and receive feedback from both your peers and the skilled therapist facilitating the group.

At LynLake, we offer specialized group therapy and counseling services designed to address a variety of concerns and provide a supportive environment for personal exploration and growth. Our experienced therapists facilitate a range of groups tailored to different topics and populations, ensuring you can find a group that resonates with your needs and interests.
