Zoe is passionate about working together in order to process thought patterns and past experiences, all with the foundational belief that the individual knows themself best. Zoe’s areas of interest include mindfulness, identity, and working through the past to better understand the present. She takes a non-judgmental, person centered, and affirming approach to therapy. Zoe is in the final year of her master’s degree in counseling psychology at Saint Mary’s University, Minneapolis.

Zoe is currently a professional counseling intern working under the supervision of Dr. Keyur Desai, Psy.D., LP.
