Sarah (she/they) is an LGBTQIA+ identifying licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). Sarah utilizes a strength based, person-centered, body/sex positive, and trauma and attachment informed approach. They take an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy guided by DBT/CBT, attachment, relational, and solution focused theories.

Sarah graduated with her Masters of Social Work from Augsburg University. Prior to obtaining their social work degree, Sarah worked in a variety of social service settings providing case management and community-based services. Sarah also has experience with group therapy, disability waivers, person-centered training, and person-centered planning.

Sarah values social justice, empathy, and authenticity. She has experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance use, and personality disorders. Sarah strives to create a safe and supportive space for individuals to feel empowered to discover their strengths and explore their goals.

Sarah is working under the supervision of Elizabeth (Zeb) Henderson Shreve, MSW, LICSW while they pursue clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
