Rachel (they/them) is a dietitian who works with individuals looking to explore their relationship with their food and body. They use a weight inclusive, non-diet, and all foods fit approach. They desire to prioritize each individual’s unique needs and values wherever they are at in their healing journey.
Rachel graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Applied Nutrition. Rachel then completed their dietitian internship at University of Michigan with a concentration in pediatric nutrition. They have years of experience working with individuals with disordered eating and body image issues.
Rachel encourages individuals to show up as their whole selves as they provide a safe and collaborative space to explore the systems of oppression that influence our relationship with our food and bodies. They also intentionally invite LGBTQ+ and gender nonconforming individuals who are seeking nutrition therapy with a clinician who will honor their unique lived experiences.
