Rachel provides therapy primarily for BIPOC women and professionals who identify with perfectionistic traits, the need to people-please, and/or struggle with setting and maintaining boundaries. Rachel addresses with clients how to successfully manage life stressors, process traumas, and navigate relationships; along with other walks of life.
As a therapist, Rachel’s priority is to provide a space where client’s feel seen and heard; are met with compassion and leave feeling empowered and equipped to achieve their goals. Rachel approaches work with clients through traditional talk therapy and modalities while also implementing various integrative practices such as mindfulness, somatic skills/therapy and psychoeducation involving mind-body connection and considering health-based habits and choices.
