The journey of life can be fulfilling and rewarding. However, unforeseen obstacles can be placed in our way that prevent us from moving forward at the pace, direction, or path we may want. Linda’s goal as a therapist is to support you on your journey and help you through these obstacles that are interfering with your quality of life. She will provide a nurturing environment that fosters growth and exploration. She believes that we each possess the tools needed to live a meaningful and rewarding life, but sometimes we just need a little extra support in identifying them.

Linda is an eclectic therapist who uses a variety of treatment modalities. However, she strongly believes in the client-centered approach which emphasizes the therapeutic relationship. This relationship is the foundation necessary for growth to occur. She has over 15 years of experience working in schools, clinics, rehabilitation centers, in-home, and private practice. Although Linda has experience working with all age groups she is currently open to seeing older adolescents and beyond.
