Kristin works with the adult population. She likes to bring positivity, humor, and assurance to therapy.

She uses an integrative therapy model bringing multiple modalities and therapies into action. These modalities include, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Emotion Focused, and Behavior therapies. This allows for an alliance between her and the client where they can clearly define an issue, increase awareness, expression, and acceptance, and apply a change.

She is working under the licensed supervision of Kate West, MSW, LICSW while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
