Jillian integrates several forms of therapy to most effectively serve individuals’ dynamic lives (including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Parts Work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing). Her areas of specialization include domestic and intimate partner violence, trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem. Jillian works through a culturally responsive, humanistic, and trauma-informed lens, tailoring therapy to individuals’ goals and therapeutic needs.
