Jade is an EMDR trained therapist who specializes in trauma, grief and loss, death, dying, homelessness, poverty, and questioning faith or spirituality. Jade utilizes a social justice and intersectional feminist approach to therapy, as well as humor and radical acceptance.
Jade is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has worked in community mental health settings since 2006. In addition to EMDR, Jade is trained in other modalities. Jade is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry, focusing primarily on grief experiences and the questioning of personal spirituality. She also is obtaining certifications in Spiritual Direction and Thanatology (the study of death and dying).
Jade supports all religions, no religion, and spiritual-but-not-religious folx. Jade is an inclusive therapist supporting and welcoming LGBTQ+ and poly communities.
