Grace Riggs

She/Her/Hers

Now Accepting New Clients

Grace Riggs is a marriage and family therapy intern whose background in family systems informs her deep interest in how people make meaning and navigate complex relational environments. She approaches her work with warmth, curiosity, and a focus on helping clients feel grounded as they make sense of their experiences.

In her clinical work, Grace thinks systemically by recognizing that healing happens not just within the individual, but within the relationships and communities they are a part of. She is excited to work with couples and families moving through conflict, LGBTQ+ individuals and others navigating the struggle between identity and family, and those experiencing life transitions such as new parenthood, infertility, postpartum challenges, or grief and loss. Her style is collaborative and based on systemic, structural, and emotionally focused practices to help clients understand patterns, strengthen connections, and move toward healing. Clients can expect an authentic, compassionate presence, with humor and lightness woven in when helpful.

Outside the therapy room, Grace is an artist who loves oil painting, thrifting, exploring coffee shops, and taking fun workout classes. She is married and the parent of two young boys, experiences that continue to deepen her appreciation for the complexity and importance of family relationships.

Grace is working under the licensed supervision of Christina Jobelius, LMFT.
