Annie has five years of behavioral health experience working with many different types of individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. Annie has previously worked with providing therapeutic services in Correctional facility to both men and women and providing therapeutic services in the community at providing sex offender specific treatment. Annie has worked with a wide range of mental health issues (severe persistent mental health (SPMI), sex offenders specific treatment programming, group therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Grief Therapy, and career counseling. Annie believes in providing a safe space for her clients, where they can openly share their stories and grow. Her therapeutic approach Adlerian Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Annie looks forward to working with you and growing with you on your therapeutic journey.
Formal supervision is an arrangement between the therapist and clinical supervisor to complete case consultations, clinical supervision and a time for the supervisor to guide the therapist, as they are practicing and perfecting their skills. The ultimate goal of supervision is to provide the best services for the client and to ensure the efficiency of the client/therapist relationship.
Annie is working under the licensed supervision of Melissa Anderson, MA, LMFT while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
