Allison sees therapy as a deeply collaborative and inherently creative process. She and her clients work together as a team to help clients process the past, navigate the present, and grow towards a future of their own design. No one else has been exactly where you’ve been, and while it’s up to you where you go next, having the right support can make a world of difference. Allison recognizes that, in a world built for conformity, many of us are left feeling disconnected or bent out of shape trying to fit in. Her goal is to help you understand yourself more fully, allowing you to make intentional choices that lead to a truly fulfilling, ever-evolving life.
Collaborating with a wide range of bright brains was the best part of Allison’s previous job as an art director in the advertising industry, and those experiences are reflected in the curiosity, humility, and humor she brings to her work as a therapist. She has had the privilege of working with clients ages 15 to 65 facing struggles with anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, grief, identity, interpersonal, and marital issues, career changes, neurodivergence, giftedness, and a host of other challenges. In doing so, she draws on psychodynamic, existential, and attachment theories.
Allison is working under the licensed supervision of TBD while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
