Finding Connection Through Self Compassion & Authenticity

Many people are experiencing an increase in anxiety and a felt sense of
disconnection. This group offers skills and support through a combination
of psychoeducation and process time in a telehealth setting grounded in
interpersonal neurobiology, self-compassion, and mindfulness.
For group safety and cohesion, please commit to 6 week blocks
At this time the group is for female identifying individuals.
Participants in this group will gain skills to help:
• Differentiate between origins of anxiety and various response strategies
• Understand the basics of the Polyvagal Theory
• Implement strategies for grounding
• Practice of self-compassion
• Increase connection through vulnerability & authenticity
• Improve self-care during current landscape
• Process day-to-day challenges as they arise
• Use connection to address feelings of loneliness and isolation
