Veronica mainly works with adult populations (+18). She likes to bring positivity, openness, and assurance to therapy. She is a Latina immigrant offering therapy in Spanish, Spanglish and English.

She uses an integrative therapy model bringing multiple modalities and therapies into action. These modalities include, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness practices, Brief Dynamic Psychotherapy and includes client’s cultural and spiritual practices. This allows the clients to reconnect with their own Self, recover their inner balance, improving confidence and identifying their most important values to follow and live by.

Veronica is an MSW, LGSW working under the licensed supervision of Jillian Chmiel, MSW LICSW while she pursues clinical licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker.
