Tara loves being able to work alongside individuals and help teach them skills on how to self-regulate and tolerate stress during difficult times. She finds it a privilege to be able to hold space for individuals when they are looking to explore their sexuality, and gender as well as helping individuals navigate the various traumas throughout their life. One of these struggles can cause a lot of stress in life, however, when you have more than one of these that you are struggling with, it can feel like it is weighing you down.

Being able to have multiple modalities allows her to integrate tools from each of them to help you start building the life you want to live.

It is incredibly important to her that you feel heard, validated, and understood. She has an eclectic approach, which allows me to meet you where you are and work together to figure out the best path for you.
