Sabrina strives to provide a warm and caring environment for clients to share their current struggles, and she approaches therapy with empathy and open-mindedness. She uses a collaborative, person-centered approach to support the client in their growth and healing. Sabrina believes that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors work together to contribute to our mental health. She will help you explore these areas of yourself to progress toward a better quality of life. Sabrina utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
Sabrina works with young adults and adults, and some of her areas of interest are Anxiety, Depression, Young Adult Development, Life Stage Transitions, Body Image, Mindfulness, Stress Management, and Self-Care. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Sabrina is working under the licensed supervision of Kate West, MSW, LICSW while she completes her graduate internship program.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, taking walks around the lakes, tending to her plants and flowers, exploring new places in the cities, cooking, reading, crafting, and traveling. She is passionate about spending time growing connections with others and doing things that make her soul happy!
