Now Accepting New Clients
Sabrina provides a warm and validating environment for clients to share their current struggles, and she approaches therapy with curiosity, humor, and open-mindedness. She will help you explore patterns in your life, past and present, to help you better understand yourself, your relationships to others, and ultimately progress toward a better quality of life. There are many narratives and roles we can get stuck in that stop us from connecting to our emotions or to our core self, and Sabrina is passionate about helping you explore and reconnect in order to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Sabrina uses a collaborative, person-centered approach that helps her personalize therapy to each individual's unique experience. Her integrative approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Sabrina specializes in individual therapy services for adults, and some of her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship and interpersonal issues, perfectionism, ADHD, life stage transitions, body image, sexuality, mindfulness, and stress management.
Sabrina graduated from Saint Mary's University with an MA in Counseling and Psychological Services. Sabrina is working under the licensed supervision of Laurie Moser, MA, LMFT, while she pursues clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, taking walks around the lakes, tending to her plants, exploring new places in the cities, cooking, reading, crafting, and traveling. She is passionate about spending time growing connections with others and finding humor and joy in the small things.
