Ryanne has over ten years of experience working alongside children, adults, and families to support their individual mental health needs. As a Registered Yoga Instructor, with a specialty Certification in Pediatric Mental Health Yoga, she strives to provide an Integrative approach that is Person-Centered. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) paired with Integrative and Mindfulness-Based practices with her clients and to ensure a collaborative approach. Her years of experience in various mental health settings have provided her with a great deal of knowledge, training, and expertise that she brings with into her sessions.
Ryanne currently works with adolescents (16+), adults, and parents in therapy. As a parent herself, she understands that the parenting journey is filled with many beautiful and difficult moments, and she welcomes the chance to walk alongside parents as they navigate their parenting journey. Her goal for her care is to provide a space that is welcoming and therapeutic for all clients and families. Ryanne’s areas of interest include Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Behavior Dysregulation, Attentional and Impulsivity issues, and Parenting concerns.
