As a therapist, Paige Ware works to promote the welfare and wellness of her clients by assisting them in enhancing their self-efficacy and self-esteem in order to improve their mental health. She enjoys conducting both individual and group sessions. She has a background in addiction studies and grounds her practice in Adlerian and cognitive behavioral theories. Paige addresses the fact that people are unique, and there are many possible etiologies for maladaptive behavior. She believes in supplying clients with the tools they need to support their mental health, even once therapy has ended.

Paige approaches therapy from a strengths-based place, collaborates with her clients, and highlights personal choice and the right to control the direction of one's life. Paige feels it's a counselor's job to encourage and emphasize the ability of her clients to learn how to confront and manage the problems they have come to therapy for. Approaching sessions with this philosophy, fostering a trustworthy therapeutic alliance, helping to engender hope, and addressing both positive and negative external factors are essential to successful therapy.
