Now Accepting New Clients
Olivia is a compassionate mental health counselor who works with children, teens, adults, and aging adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. She has experience supporting individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, and relationship or parenting struggles, among other concerns. Using an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, Olivia draws from evidence-based modalities–including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Adlerian, Cognitive Behavioral, and Somatic therapies. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, considering not just the individual but the larger systems and environments influencing their mental health.
Whether you’re seeking healing from trauma, support through a major life change, or simply a space to be heard, Olivia offers a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space. Her trauma-informed approach ensures clients feel supported, seen, and empowered, whether in individual, family, couples, or group sessions.
Olivia earned her Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Child and Adolescent Specialization from Northwestern University. She also engages in research focused on improving affirming mental health care for LGBTQIA+ communities. Currently, Olivia is working under the licensed supervision of LynAnne Evenson, MA, LMFT, LADC, ECSP, CST, while she pursues licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
