Maya works with individuals to promote insight, healing, skill building, and empowerment with the ultimate goal of cultivating joy. She values a holistic, integrative approach to support clients in developing greater awareness of the mind/body connection. Maya’s approach to therapy is grounded in Adlerian theory. She strives to meet the unique needs of each individual by creating a safe, warm, welcoming environment.

Maya brings with her over seven years of experience working in a variety of settings, including day treatment for children, a domestic abuse center, a sexual violence center, and an integrative wellness clinic. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, families, couples and individuals.
