Madilyn provides a relaxed therapeutic environment where clients can show up comfortably and authentically. She specializes in supporting individuals in their 20s and early 30s navigating anxiety and depression. Life can feel overwhelming, especially with challenges in relationships, careers, and identity. She offers a warm, open, and non-judgmental space for exploration. Whether you're grappling with the decision of whether or not to have children, seeking clarity in your gender expression, or feeling the weight of global issues like climate change and politics, Madilyn will validate your experience and help you move forward with clarity. Madilyn helps her clients lean into their humanity and find ways to experience joy, connection, and community amid hardship.

Madilyn is committed to social justice and is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that is diverse and inclusive of many healing philosophies. Madilyn is actively engaged in decolonizing her practice, working to dismantle oppressive systems, and fostering healing and connection within our community.

Outside of work, Madilyn enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with her 10-year-old rescue dog Zeta, and exploring the Twin Cities. Madilyn earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah.

Supervision Statement:
Madilyn is working under the licensed supervision of Tricia Schulte MA, MSW, LICSW while she pursues clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
