We are all deserving of joy, optimism and healthy relationships. Being human is a vulnerable experience and there are things we’re not taught or prepared for. We all seek acceptance and to be loved and cared for, yet many of us may struggle to find that as a result of past relationships and experiences.

Mac’s therapeutic approach is informed by narrative, emotion focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. Mac strives to align his work in therapy with his own professional and personal belief in the importance of social justice. Mac’s areas of clinical interest include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment issues, ADHD, & sexuality. Mac is working under the licensed supervision of Katerine Snell, MA, LMFT while pursuing clinical licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Mac’s goal is to create a space of safety and trust, where the client feels free to share their stories absent of judgment. You’re the expert of your own story, Mac’s hope is to collaborate in the therapeutic setting and work together on your journey of growth and healing and toward your goals.
