Lynn is a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive licensed clinical social worker (LICSW). She provides a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space for you to open up, learn and explore more about yourself, so you can more easily manage life stressors and feel empowered in your life. She has a relational approach where she meets you where you are at and collaborates on goals that work for you. Lynn is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) and Thai Massage Body Worker. As a therapist, she emphasizes holistic health and the connection between mind, body and spirit, as a means to stabilize one’s mental health. She can use body-based interventions such as yoga, breathwork, imagery and other mindful movements. Lynn uses other therapeutic modalities that include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Lynn specializes in working with people who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, family conflicts, parenting challenges, life transitions, grief, self-esteem and women’s health. She is also a Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling nationally and internationally, gardening, singing, playing guitar, and practicing yoga and meditation.
