She/Her/Hers
NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Community and connection are two of Krista's main values as a human and mental health provider: we can't do life alone. We heal in the context of our relationships: with ourselves, our partners, our families, and our communities. Krista infuses warmth, compassion, and humor into sessions for individuals and couples for concerns regarding depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, and identity.
With over a decade of Mindfulness teaching experience, Krista offers a holistic, experiential style that meets you where you're at. As a professional musician, Krista weaves inspiration from the arts and the natural world into her work, encouraging self-expression as a pathway to connection with your authentic self. Some clients describe her style as soft and direct at the same time. As an LGBTQ+ identifying provider, she welcomes clients of all genders and sexual orientations.
Outside of the therapy space, Krista enjoys bicycle commuting around the Twin Cities, attending live music and theatre, and cooking delicious food.
Krista earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University. She is working under the licensed supervision of Alexis Bartholomew, MA LMFT while she pursues clinical licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
