Jennifer provides individual psychotherapy for adults through a grounded, warm, person-centered approach. She is skilled at working with a range of issues ranging from depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, grief, spirituality, relationship struggles and self-esteem issues. Jennifer helps to process complex issues through a strength-based psychodynamic approach, but also brings practical skills and tools to help navigate the day to day challenges through behavioral modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and ACT.
Jennifer provides a mindful presence without judgment. It is in her nature to want to encourage you to feel, learn, and truly be you. The truth is that instability and challenges in life are inevitable for all of us. It takes courage to choose an intentional and connected approach of self-reflection to make change happen. Jennifer welcomes all races, sexual orientations, physical or mental abilities and ethnicities through an active and ongoing process of self-growth within the context of cultural humility. She embraces inclusivity as an innate value and strives to create a culture where all forms of diversity are respected.
Jennifer is working under the supervision of Kate West MSW, LICSW while she pursues her independent licensure in social work.
