Jennifer provides individual psychotherapy for adults through a grounded, warm, person-centered approach. She is skilled at working with a range of issues ranging from depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, grief, spirituality, relationship struggles and self-esteem issues. Jennifer helps to process complex issues through a strength-based psychodynamic approach, but also brings practical skills and tools to help navigate the day to day challenges through behavioral modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and ACT.
