Jen Haut-Prokop
She/Her/Hers
We are all on a journey and we do not exist in isolation. We live in relationships with other people, and there are seasons in life that require reaching out for help. Jen’s approach to this work is to identify what has happened to you and the people in your life and how that has impacted you. She focuses holistically on the whole person, utilizing strengths and support while naming the ways systems and relationships have influenced you.
Jen’s work is rooted in a commitment to social justice with focus on race and gender. Her approach is on the person as the expert in their own life and her goals are to create a safe therapeutic relationship where, together, you can explore your unique journey, focus on your inner strengths, and determine your dreams and goals. Through a mindful, strengths-based, and attachment-focused approach, you will co-create what your therapeutic journey looks like.
Jen earned her Master of Arts from Saint Mary’s University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota (license #4366).
