Jade Erickson
She/Her/Hers
Jade loves working with people who are struggling with anxiety, coping with trauma, having fear around death and dying, and specifically specializes in supporting people who are moving through traumatic forms of grief. She will strive to help you heal trauma, integrate losses, amplify joy in moments of despair, and work to uncover ways to honor the life lived. She listens intently to help integrate the unique complexities that make up your life, as well as your loss, your fears, and your lived experience. Jade also enjoys working with deconstructing (and possibly reconstructing) faith or spirituality. Jade supports all religions, no religion, and spiritual-but-not-religious.
Jade believes that our brains do the best that they can to adapt to the experiences we have in our lives. Her style is human centered, meaning that she believes you are the lived expert of your life. Jade has an integrated, eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing humor, social justice, and radical acceptance. She has training in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative practices, amongst others. Jade is also trained in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy in collaboration with Institute for Integrative Therapies.
