She/Her/Hers
With over 16 years as a psychotherapist and a decade as a board-approved supervisor, I serve as the Associate Clinical Director, dedicated to fostering both clinician growth and client healing. My practice focuses on supporting women through significant life transitions, including the complexities of pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the unique challenges of mid-life. I am passionate about empowering clients to navigate these milestones with resilience and reclaimed agency.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, tailored to meet the specific needs of those managing depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorders, including OCD. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients break free from distressing patterns. Additionally, I incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy to help individuals align with their values and reframe their personal stories.
For clients facing specific trauma or physiological challenges, I provide targeted interventions such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and CBT-I for sleep disorders. By blending these structured modalities with a compassionate, person-centered lens, I aim to provide a holistic space for sustainable change. Whether addressing chronic sleep issues or complex trauma, my goal is to provide practical tools that promote long-term psychological well-being.
