Erica Nesvig is a psychotherapist who believes in the importance of relationships in our lives. She values her client’s experience, beliefs, and perspectives. By creating and fostering a safe, trusting space, Erica partners with her clients to help them feel unstuck while working through barriers, allowing them to achieve their potential.
Erica is a relational therapist who utilizes an eclectic approach grounded in culturally responsive care, insight-oriented interventions, attachment theory, and emotion-focused interventions. She strongly believes in the importance of the connection between the body and mind.
Erica is a certified sex therapist and has graduated from the University of Minnesota's sex therapy certification program. She is currently pursuing becoming an AASECT-certified sex therapist. Erica works with individuals and couples to support their needs with sexual health, pleasure, healing, and identities. Erica is a trauma-informed therapist who wants to help those she works with to feel unstuck and work through the barriers they feel are in their way to achieving their potential.
Erica lives in the Twin Cities and enjoys working in the community she has called home for the last decade. She practices developing insight into herself and her relationships. She is a dedicated bookworm who enjoys cooking from Ina Garten’s latest cookbook while spending time with family and friends.
