Emma Rogers
She/They
Emma believes that every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. They strive to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, navigate challenges, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
With a passion for working with adults—especially those who are neurodivergent—Emma brings a person-centered, trauma-informed lens to therapy, integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotion regulation, mindfulness, acceptance, and meaningful change. Sessions are guided by your goals, your pace, and your story.
Emma also believes that healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. They bring a sense of humor, lightness, and genuine positivity into their work, helping clients feel grounded and supported while creating room for hope and joy. Bringing authenticity and positivity into the room, helping you build not only insight but also confidence and hope. Whether you’re exploring identity, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating the impacts of trauma, Emma is here to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and care.
Emma is working under the licensed supervision of Corinne Nechalova, MA, LPCC, while they pursue clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor.
