Oftentimes people seek out therapy because they are seeking a place to heal, learn and grow; perhaps one or all those reasons fit why you are here today. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, vulnerable, and uncertain. Elora’s hope is to create caring and healing spaces for people to learn and grow in. Elora believes in whole-hearted, non-judgmental and empathic care. She see’s building trust as an essential component to cultivating a space that is healing. Elora strives to move at the pace of trust and encourages her clients to set the pace.
Elora’s approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative with an emphasis on helping clients observe old patterns through compassionate curiosity and she helps her clients explore ways to live more congruently to individual values and strengths. Since she believes in individualistic and holistic care, she pulls from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Mind-Body and Feminist approaches through a lens that is trauma informed.
