NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Connection is foundational for healing, health and wellness. In order to move from surviving to thriving, we need healthy relationships and community connections and a healthy connection to ourselves. Corinne passionately believes that, at any time, no matter what has happened, we can take back the direction of our lives. Therapy can be a place to learn how to transform from distraction, numbness, overwhelm, mental and physical health symptoms, and relationship challenges to an empowered, balanced, connected wellness state that is self-driven and sustainable.
Corinne's approach is mindfulness and strength based, helping the client connect back to themselves and find their innate power, wisdom, and source for healing and growth. She believes the most effective work happens within the relationship, and prioritizes creating a non-judgmental, safe, and open space. As a Holistic Mental Health Practitioner, Corinne's sessions are structured to help build resilience and awareness; understand systems; identify and start the change process of unhealthy behaviors and beliefs; foster post-traumatic growth; and reconnect the body and mind safely.
Corinne is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Supervisor and Yoga instructor. She has experience, special interest and training in trauma informed care such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, which are woven into sessions as appropriate. Therapeutic work is also informed by Corinne's background in holistic healing modalities, including body work, energy medicine, Ayurveda and Yoga as well as current science and research on mental and physical health.
