Now Accepting New Clients
Christine is passionate about supporting people on their journey to being (and appreciating) their authentic, true selves. Whether it’s working through relationship struggles, navigating difficult life transitions, improving sense of self, managing anxiety and depression, embracing life with ADHD, or finding balance between multiple life roles, Christine provides a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard and empowered through the process.
Christine uses a client-centered, relational, and strength-based approach, believing that a strong client-therapist relationship is key to a successful therapy experience. She integrates elements of multiple theories and modalities, including Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness. Christine practices from a sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and anti-racist framework, and works with individuals in various relationship dynamics, including ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and BDSM/Kink.
Christine is working under the licensed supervision of Amy Mellum, MSW, LICSW while she pursues clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
