She/Her/Hers
Christine is passionate about supporting people on their journey to being (and appreciating) their authentic, true selves. Whether it’s working through relationship struggles, navigating difficult life transitions, improving sense of self, managing anxiety and depression, or finding balance between multiple life roles, Christine provides a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard and empowered through the process.
Christine uses a client-centered, relational, strength based approach and believes a strong client-therapist relationship is the key to a successful therapy experience. She integrates elements of multiple theories and modalities such as Attachment theory, Internal Family Systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness. Christine is sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and works with individuals in various relationship dynamics including ethical non-monogamy (ENM) and BDSM/Kink.
