Now Accepting New Clients
Carly is a warm, passionate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides human-centered therapy under the foundational belief that change requires a secure therapeutic relationship. By weaving together empathy, humor, and unwavering consistency, she provides a safe base for clients to turn toward their pain and begin the work of healing. Carly offers LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and shame-reducing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Practicing from an experiential and intersectional lens, Carly helps clients deconstruct and re-evaluate their core values to build a life that feels truly congruent. Her clinical expertise includes sexual shame, intimacy concerns, ENM / poly relationships, exploration of sexuality, navigating family-of-origin dynamics, and healing religious trauma. She is also deeply committed to supporting clients through life transitions, body image concerns, and self-esteem building.
Outside the therapy room, Carly finds joy in traveling, listening to music and podcasts, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs. She earned her BS in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota and her MS in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. She is working under the licensed supervision of LynAnne Evenson, MS LMFT while she pursues clinical licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
