Audrey Adarna
She/Her/Hers
Audrey works with teenagers (16+) and adults whose experiences may include trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and interpersonal harm.
Audrey can be described as imaginative, nurturing, curious, and collaborative. She is dedicated to creating a non-judgemental, anti-carceral, and decolonized practice. Audrey believes firmly in the innate wisdom of her therapy participants, and invites them to be co-creators of the therapy space.
Audrey draws from IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker under the supervision of Amy Mellum (MSW, LICSW), pursuing clinical licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
In her personal life, Audrey enjoys quilting, hiking with her dog, and eating good food.
