Now Accepting New Clients
Did you know that it is okay to not be okay? For some people, it takes a tremendous amount of time and effort in order to realize this and to seek out therapeutic services. Yet here you are, ahead of the curve! For whatever reason you are seeking out these services, just know that you have displayed a great amount of courage and initiative. Andrew strongly believes in the power of autonomy and wishes to empower you by forming a therapeutic alliance that focuses on meeting your needs.
Andrew pulls from a variety of treatment modalities. He has experience using skills and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Instead of focusing on just one of these theories, Andrew strongly believes that everyone seeking therapeutic services requires a unique treatment approach that is tailored to their needs. Andrew wants to meet you where you are and collaboratively create an individualized treatment approach that meets your needs.
Andrew chose to become a therapist because he wishes to pay forth how therapy has helped him through his own life experiences, and he wishes to aid others on the journey we call life. Regardless of where you are on your journey, Andrew wants to be a consistent source of therapeutic support and encouragement that you can rely on. Andrew strongly believes that through open disclosure, mindful reflection, and active collaboration, anything is possible within therapy!
Andrew is working under the licensed supervision of Christina Jobelius, MA, LMFT while he is pursuing his clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
