Now Accepting New Clients
Using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions, Amanda supports clients in developing insight, building coping skills, and fostering resilience. She also incorporates psychoeducation and skill-building to help clients understand the impact of trauma and regain a sense of control.
