In his role as Vice President of Clinical Services, Kyle is responsible for ensuring the success of our expanding range of clinical services, while maintaining our commitment to providing consistent, top-quality care to our clients and community through a social justice lens.

Collaborates with staff and providers to develop and implement workflows, policies and procedures related to practice operations. Oversees the operations team and site coordinators.

Ester supports the psychiatric team and connects clients with medication management services.

Mikki supports the practice’s professional development including educational workshops, provider engagement, and professional development for all providers and the professional community at large.

Steph supports the practice as a Referrals Specialist, by being an intentional, trauma-informed advocate for individuals requesting services.

Tristan Kantrowitz works with clients and providers with insurance billing and processing, including Medicare, Medicaid and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Jackie oversees the #Billing Distribution List within AMD, addressing inquiries from clients and providers. Jackie also handles communication with clients regarding billing disruptions caused by insurance issues. Moreover, Jackie resolves insurance-related issues and handles rebilling when needed, collaborating with the Client Payments Specialist and Insurance Billing Specialist to manage and resolve complex accounts.

Christina Rates develops and implements human resource strategies and processes in the areas of employee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, registration, training, compensation, benefits, leave, grievances, performance and compliance.

Angela assists in the referral of clients who may need the expertise of LynLake Registered Dietitians, who can provide nutrition services for a variety of eating and body image support.

Amy Beadle is responsible for credentialing new providers, recredentialing providers throughout their time with the practice and terminating providers from our contracts with each insurance company. She is responsible for housing provider information and supporting both providers, administrative staff and insurance carriers as needed.

Provides insurance benefit checks and client responsibility estimates for psychiatry clients.

Marcus provides business development support for Lyn Lake Practitioners (Assistance with setting up legal structure, identifying tax type and determining appropriate caseload etc.)

Mai-Lia advocates for best care by working closely with clients in addressing their unique needs, and coordinating services.

Oversees and manages LynLake's EHR system. Leads all EHR system onboardings and supports providers with EHR system related questions.

Dina serves as a lead and liaison to the team of licensed Psychotherapy providers at LynLake. In addition, Dina collaborates with the operations team to develop, implement, and maintain efficient systems, policies, and procedures and ensure excellent client care.

Josie oversees the strategy and implementation of LynLake's social media, marketing, and communications efforts.

Suzanne supports the growth and wellbeing of LynLake through strategic business development efforts that integrate a relational leadership approach.

Emily serves as a LynLake brand ambassador and is responsible for state business filings, signing behavioral health insurance contracts, and submitting yearly licensing board professional firm reports.

Christina Jobelius guides therapist trainees in developing their therapeutic skills, knowledge, and confidence.
