With 16+ years of experience as a psychotherapist and a decade as a board-approved supervisor, I serve as Associate Clinical Director. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and mid-life, providing expert care for depression, PTSD, and anxiety disorders, including OCD.

Emily serves as a LynLake brand ambassador and is responsible for state business filings, signing behavioral health insurance contracts, and submitting yearly licensing board professional firm reports.

Steph supports the practice as a Referrals Specialist, by being an intentional, trauma-informed advocate for individuals requesting services.

Suzanne supports the growth and wellbeing of LynLake through strategic business development efforts that integrate a relational leadership approach.

Rachael provides assistance with administrative tasks at LynLake.

Mai-Lia advocates for best care by working closely with clients in addressing their unique needs, and coordinating services.

Not Accepting New Clients Christina Rates develops and implements human resource strategies and processes in the areas of employee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, registration, training, compensation, benefits, leave, grievances, performance and compliance.

Oversees and manages LynLake's EHR system. Leads and designs EHR onboardings, creates relevant training materials and supports providers with EHR system related questions.

Josie oversees the strategy and implementation of LynLake's marketing efforts and plans and manages the Professional Education Series.

Ester supports the psychiatric team and connects clients with medication management services.
