Jackie also handles communication with clients regarding billing disruptions caused by insurance issues. Moreover, Jackie resolves insurance-related issues and handles rebilling when needed, collaborating with the Client Payments Specialist and Insurance Billing Specialist to manage and resolve complex accounts.
