Rachael provides assistance with administrative tasks at LynLake.

Christina Jobelius guides therapist trainees in developing their therapeutic skills, knowledge, and confidence.

Provides insurance benefit checks and client responsibility estimates for psychiatry clients.

Angela assists in the referral of clients who may need the expertise of LynLake Registered Dietitians, who can provide nutrition services for a variety of eating and body image support.

Ester supports the psychiatric team and connects clients with medication management services.

Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist Tristan Kantrowitz works with clients and providers with insurance billing and processing, including Medicare, Medicaid and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Emily serves as a LynLake brand ambassador and is responsible for state business filings, signing behavioral health insurance contracts, and submitting yearly licensing board professional firm reports.

Josie oversees the strategy and implementation of LynLake's marketing efforts and plans and manages the Professional Education Series.

Jackie oversees the #Billing Distribution List within AMD, addressing inquiries from clients and providers. Jackie also handles communication with clients regarding billing disruptions caused by insurance issues. Moreover, Jackie resolves insurance-related issues and handles rebilling when needed, collaborating with the Client Payments Specialist and Insurance Billing Specialist to manage and resolve complex accounts.

Oversees and manages LynLake's EHR system. Leads and designs EHR onboardings, creates relevant training materials and supports providers with EHR system related questions.

Mai-Lia advocates for best care by working closely with clients in addressing their unique needs, and coordinating services.

Collaborates with staff and providers to develop and implement workflows, policies and procedures related to practice operations. Oversees the operations team and site coordinators.

Suzanne supports the growth and wellbeing of LynLake through strategic business development efforts that integrate a relational leadership approach.

Not Accepting New Clients Christina Rates develops and implements human resource strategies and processes in the areas of employee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, registration, training, compensation, benefits, leave, grievances, performance and compliance.

Terri is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for LynLake.
