Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Intern Program offers emerging therapists the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a diverse and collaborative clinical setting. The program focuses on developing clinical skills, enhancing theoretical knowledge, and building confidence in working with individuals, couples, and families. Interns receive regular one-on-one supervision from licensed clinicians and access to a diverse client base to broaden their experience. With an emphasis on a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach, our LMFT Intern Program aims to empower future therapists to become compassionate, skilled professionals in the field of mental health.

Master of Social Work

Our Master of Social Work (MSW) Intern Program is designed to equip future social workers with the tools and experience needed to excel in the mental health field. Through hands-on practice, interns gain valuable skills in assessment, intervention, and advocacy for individuals, families, and communities. Under the guidance of licensed professionals, MSW interns receive personalized supervision, feedback, and support to enhance their clinical competencies. The program emphasizes trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, preparing interns to approach diverse cases with empathy and professionalism. Our goal is to foster the next generation of social workers who are well-prepared, compassionate, and committed to making a meaningful impact.

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Intern Program offers a dynamic, hands-on training experience tailored to those pursuing a career in clinical counseling. This program provides interns with essential opportunities to develop their counseling skills, deepen their understanding of mental health theory, and learn evidence-based approaches for diverse client populations. Supervised by licensed clinicians, LPCC interns receive individualized support and feedback, preparing them to address complex mental health needs in a compassionate and effective way. With a focus on trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care, our LPCC Intern Program is dedicated to cultivating skilled, empathetic counselors ready to make a lasting difference in their clients' lives.

    Manage a caseload of individuals, families, and couples, conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy sessions, gaining hands-on clinical experience.

    Access additional training opportunities and connect with fellow interns for expanded learning. Attend or participate in monthly CE-eligible sessions and consultation groups at no cost, to further enrich your knowledge and skills.

  • Competitive Compensation

    Our interns receive a competitive 25% commission rate for client care. Upon completion of the internship, interns are invited to apply for a position as a pre-licensed clinician at LynLake, offering continued growth and advancement opportunities.
