10 week series beginning March 5th | Telehealth format | Closed group (8–12 adults)
Bibliotherapy is therapy that uses a book to anchor a conversation. This guided bibliotherapy group is an intentional space to reflect on meaning, resilience, and hope in the midst of real and ongoing human suffering — including the stress, uncertainty, and grief many in our Minnesota community are carrying right now. Through Viktor Frankl’s work, participants will explore how meaning-making can support healing, connection, and personal agency during difficult times.
Susan prioritizes collaboration and self-determination, encouraging participants to explore their strengths, values, and lived experiences. Her relational approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, attachment theory, and mindfulness to create a grounded, compassionate group environment. The goal is to foster insight, solidarity, and renewed clarity about what matters most — even when circumstances feel heavy.
