This presentation will provide a brief overview of the psychology of trauma that will then be applied to treatment outcomes for both children and their caregivers. Most of the presentation focuses on specific interventions and activities to use in session using principles of EMDR, TF-CBT, and Theraplay. Attendees can hope for more strategies and directive activities to support children’s healing and treatment in an outpatient setting.
