Telehealth

Your health comes first. To make our services more accessible and maintain continuity when in-person meetings aren’t possible, we offer telehealth via video-conferencing.

At this time some in-person appointments are suspended due to COVID-19, however many providers can see you in office. We are closely monitoring federal and state guidance for in-person meetings and will keep you informed about how our services and policies evolve.

Questions

  • What do you need to participate in telehealth?

All you need is a computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet access.

  • When are you going back to in-person?

We are closely monitoring CDC and local recommendations for safe in-person meetings, and will continue to revise our policies according to the guidance of health authorities. Your provider will keep you informed about whether they have resumed in-person meetings. At this time, all providers are offering Telehealth and many have also resumed meeting in-person with fully vaccinated individuals.

  • What does in-person look like in a post-COVID world?

We put your health and safety first. Our protocols for in-person meetings, masks and facial coverings, and other issues related to COVID-19 will be informed by federal and state health authorities. We require COVID-19 vaccinations for all providers and clients 12+ who attend in-person meetings. Unvaccinated children under 12 years of age must wear masks.
