This workshop will explore how the holidays can impact individuals dealing with substance use and trauma-related disorders, offering practical tools to navigate these difficulties. By the end of this presentation, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the unique challenges the holidays present, including how to identify triggers, access resources, and use strategies to remain grounded, resilient, and empowered throughout the season.
