Erica Golofski
She/Her/Hers
As an art therapist and mental health counselor, Erica’s style of work is to focus on strengths, compassion, and coping skills. Erica has specialty training in trauma-informed modalities and grief. Erica believes grief and loss are universal human experiences, allowing her to connect with clients on a very authentic and fundamental level.
Erica views her role as a supportive ally and advocate. As an art therapist, she believes that artistic expression bypasses the limitations of language and opens the door to self-discovery. She understands that not all people are comfortable with art, so she also uses talk therapy methodologies, but will likely have art materials by her side.
Erica wants to support clients in feeling free to express themselves with the goal of creating a safe place that is non-judgmental for her clients.
