Estefania Alvarez-Zumarraga is a psychotherapist who believes in the importance of psychological wellness and human relationships. She values her clients experiences and joins her clients mental health journey by creating a safe space for processing and achieving emotional wellbeing.

Estefania uses an evidence based, eclectic and holistic approach with clients. She is trauma informed, culturally sensitive and uses creative arts and or dialectical behavioral therapy interventions. Estefania aims to help her clients manage and take control of their mental wellbeing.

Estefania lives in the Twin Cities with her family and is also a local visual artist who enjoys creating several interactive public art projects in communities around the cities. She spends her free time traveling with her family and learning about new cultures, nature, art and food.

Estefanía is working under the licensed supervision of Erica Nesvig, LPCC while she pursues clinical licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor/ ATR.
