He/They
It is important to me that you feel understood. I believe therapy is a partnership, and that you are the expert of your experience. I tailor my approach to each individual and work with you to achieve your goals. I will help you identify your values and your vision for the future. Since 2008, I have spent most of my time working with people who are disabled, disenfranchised, and underserved. During this time, I have worked with a wide variety of people and diagnoses. I specialize in conditions that arise from long-term masking, keeping up appearances, or lost sense of self. This may include depression, suppressed or big emotions, stress, burnout, or high anxiety. I also focus on helping people explore their identity and navigate society as an LGBTIA+ or Autistic person. Additionally, I assist people with navigating ADHD, dissociative disorders, and executive functioning challenges in general. If you feel trapped in a pressure to fit in or to meet expectations, I can help you.
