Carly Davis
She/her/hers
Carly is a warm and passionate therapist who provides human-centered therapy under the foundational belief that change requires a secure therapeutic relationship. Through empathy, humor, acceptance, and consistency, she allows clients a safe space to turn toward their pain and begin healing. Carly provides LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive, trauma-informed, and shame-reducing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Carly practices therapy from an experiential, intersectional lens. She believes in the importance of understanding, deconstructing, and re-evaluating one’s values to explore more congruent ways of living and behaving. Carly’s clinical areas include disordered eating and body image, relational dynamics, intimacy concerns, mindfulness, healing religious trauma, sexual shame, life transitions, and improving sense of self.
Outside of the clinical space, Carly enjoys spending time in nature with her dog, practicing yoga, listening to music and podcasts, and being with family and friends. Carly earned her Master of Science degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. She is working under the licensed supervision of LynAnne Evenson, MS LMFT while she pursues clinical licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
