Not Accepting New Clients
Life’s demands and stressors can be extremely overwhelming, and we often feel like we should be able to work through everything on our own. However, recognizing when to seek support is both a strength and a skill, and participating in therapy can be a truly empowering endeavor. Ari believes that everyone can greatly benefit from counseling by gaining self-awareness and coping skills that can be useful for the rest of one’s life.
Ari meets clients where they are at so that their goals, needs, and preferences dictate the direction of therapy. Counseling is a partnership, but it is entirely about what YOU want to get out of it. Although Ari will ask tough questions that might initially seem scary, he strives to create an environment in which clients ultimately feel comfortable discussing any topic. He uses additional knowledge from his Master’s Degree in Nutrition to deliver a holistic, person-centered approach to health and wellness.
Ari enjoys taking walks with his wife and dog, gardening, playing board games, and yelling at his TV as he watches MN sports teams.
He is working under the supervision of Katie Snell while pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
