Not Accepting New Clients
Life’s demands and stressors can be extremely overwhelming. We often feel like we should be able to work through everything on our own, however, recognizing when to ask for help is both a strength and a skill. Participating in therapy can be a truly empowering endeavor. Ari believes that everyone can greatly benefit from therapy by gaining self-awareness and coping skills that can be useful for the rest of one’s life.
Ari meets clients where they are at so that their goals, needs, and preferences dictate the direction of therapy. Counseling is a partnership, but it is entirely about what YOU want to get out of it. Although Ari will ask some tough questions that might initially seem scary, he strives to create an environment in which clients feel comfortable discussing any topic. Ari also holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and draws upon that knowledge in his holistic and person-centered approach to mental health and wellness.
When Ari is not working, you can usually find him taking walks with his wife and dog, playing board games with friends, exercising, or yelling at his TV as he watches MN sports teams.
Ari is working under the licensed supervision of Katie Snell, while pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
